I thought the price, which included shipping, was more (actually less) than reasonable. Very thoughtful to treat the user so well.

Pads came quickly. Would be nice to have instructions for attaching to Titanium headphone which is complicated.

I am very pleased I didn't have to replace the headset just because the cushions disintegrated.

The cushions are well made, the price is very reasonable, and Koss staff talked me through the procedure over the phone. Someone should post a Youtube video of the procedure!
