I have purchased and installed Koss KTXPRO1 Ear Cushion before. Consequently, I did not hesitate to order new ones when the previous ones started crumbling after years of use.

Thanks for quick shipment and quality pads. I wish some brief written instructions for installation would have been included. As it is, I just worked meticulously with a kitchen knife to safely wedge them into place into the ear cups grooves. I wonder if Koss offers any more "permanent headphones" with in-line volume controls, thus negating the needs for replacement pads.

Ear cushions are exactly what is needed to replace damaged original cushions. The headphones are too good to toss because the ear cushions are damaged, hence, the replacements were ordered.

Needed to call support to find out how to get the new pads on, but otherwise delighted.

I thought the price, which included shipping, was more (actually less) than reasonable. Very thoughtful to treat the user so well.
