This product is lightweight and comfortable, and the noise cancelling feature is very effective. The neighbors were taking down trees and it almost eliminated the sound of the saw and chipper. The buttons are too close together. It’s hard to tell if I am hitting the right one unless I take it off and look at it. Because the icon for the button is black, it’s hard to discern between them, especially in low light, such as on an airplane. It would be better if the icons were a different color and the buttons were set apart from each other

Really impressed with the noise cancelling. Change your iphone/ipad equalizer to a format with a little more midrange, e.g., pop music.

I’ve been using these in the office for two weeks now, and so far so good! Feel isn’t industrial, but I was never expecting studio-grade. Design is lightweight and comfortable; interface is easy to use. I hope they last forever, but I appreciate that they come with a lifetime warranty.

On-line directly from Koss was simple. Routine delivery was a day ahead of anticipated, without added cost. Packaging was done very nicely. The headphones are simple to use and more comfortable than the competitive products I have used. The Bluetooth connection provides amply freedom to move round (greater than 50 feet in my home). and the noise cancelation is exceptional. This was all that I had expected and more.

I love these headphones...I had a different pair for 8 yrs and the charging port some how broke and stopped charging. I sent them back to Koss and they sent me a brand new pair no questions asked. Why can't more companies be like Koss...I will always be a loyal customer...
